We take a systematic approach to competence development. At the annual appraisal interview, which we call ‘the Dialogue’, each employee and his/her immediate superior discuss the company’s goals and needs and the employee’s own wishes for development and attempt to match the two in the best way possible. The interview results in an employee development plan containing career and competence goals as well as concrete action plans.
